Theo Field builds songs from bass first. A short phrase is played until it changes shape, then taped drums, bowed metal, and location recordings are allowed into the room.

Low Frequency Flowers was tracked with a three-piece band in Bristol. The live set keeps the record’s weight but leaves enough space for feedback, wrong-footed loops, and the noise between songs.
